Gumbeats Full Term

Gumbeats is a relaxed outdoor nature and music playgroup for babies, toddlers and kids aged 0–6, together with their grown-ups.

Expect sticks, mud, instruments, original songs and plenty of room to wander, explore and follow what interests the children that day.

Music is at the heart of each session, alongside nature play, simple facilitated activities and lots of unstructured exploration. Children of different ages join in together, learning from one another and taking part at their own pace. It’s not a class so much as a small outdoor community for children and their grown-ups.

Gumbeats runs outdoors in most weather, so come ready for a bit of mud. We have a tarp for shelter and use a WhatsApp group to keep families updated if conditions change.
